1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using With, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Ziv Meltzer, the individual operating With (“The Developer”). By signing in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
TL;DR
Using With means you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
When you sign in, you’re confirming you’ve read and accepted this agreement. We’re being upfront about that rather than hiding it in fine print.
2. WHAT WITH IS – AND WHAT IT ISN’T
With is a personal organisation tool designed to help you fill a pill organiser. It provides a medication list, a guided fill session and checklist.
With is not a medical application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance of any kind. Nothing in With should be interpreted as a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any medication information you enter into the app, including names, doses, timing, and quantities. With performs calculations based solely on the information you provide – it does not verify, validate, or cross-reference that information against any medical database, prescription record, or clinical source.
With is a tool intended to support your own judgement – not replace it. You should independently verify all medication details, quantities, and schedules before acting on any output from the app. When in doubt, consult a qualified healthcare professional or pharmacist. Do not rely on With as your sole reference for anything health-related.
TL;DR
With helps you stay organised when filling a pill organiser. That’s it.
We are not doctors. With is not medical advice. If you’re ever unsure about a medication, dose, or schedule, talk to a pharmacist or doctor – not an app.
With works from what you put in. If the information is wrong, the output will be wrong. Double and triple check your medication names, doses, and schedules – especially anything you’re unsure about.
With is here to help, not to think for you. Your own judgement – and your pharmacist or doctor’s – always comes first.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use With. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
With is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
TL;DR
With is for adults. If you’re under 18, this app isn’t for you.
It’s a personal tool, not a business product.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
With uses Apple Sign In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may only use With for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
TL;DR
Your account is tied to your Apple ID. Keep that secure – we can’t recover access for you.
Use With honestly and for its intended purpose. Don’t try to break it.
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
With is available on a subscription basis. A free trial is offered to new users – the duration and price of the subscription are displayed clearly in the app and/or in the App Store at the time of sign-up.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple is the merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s payment terms.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, and cancel With from there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period – you will retain access until that date.
We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. For billing disputes or refund requests, contact Apple Support.
TL;DR
There’s a free trial when you sign up. The length and price are shown clearly before anything is charged.
Billing goes through Apple – not us. Apple handles your card, Apple handles the charge.
To cancel: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → With. Cancel before your renewal date and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the period ends.
We never see your payment details. For refunds, go to Apple – reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. YOUR DATA
You own the data you enter into With. We store it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell it, share it for advertising purposes, or use it for any purpose other than operating With.
You can export your data at any time from Settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

TL;DR
Your data is yours. We hold it so the app works. That’s the only reason.
You can take your data with you (export) or delete everything (account deletion) at any time, right from Settings. No hoops, no waiting.
The Privacy Policy has the full picture on data. Worth reading – it’s written to be understood, not avoided.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
With, including its design, code, copy, and all associated materials, is owned by The Developer. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use With on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of With.
TL;DR
With is our work. You have the right to use it on your device for personal use. You don’t have the right to copy, sell, or modify it.
A lot of love, effort, and attention to the finest details went into building With. Please respect that – don’t copy it, sell it, or pass it off as your own.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
With is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TL;DR
We built With carefully and stand behind it. But no software is perfect, and we can’t promise it will always work flawlessly.
This is standard legal language that says: if something breaks, we’re not automatically liable. We still take problems seriously and will do our best to fix them.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of With, including but not limited to errors in medication calculations, missed doses, or reliance on information entered into the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
TL;DR
With is an organisational tool, not a medical device. We are not liable if a calculation error leads to a wrong dose – which is exactly why we say: always verify anything that matters with a healthcare professional.
If something does go wrong and we’re found liable, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the past year. We’re a one-person indie app – this protects both of us.
10. TERMINATION
You may stop using With at any time and delete your account from Settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to With at our discretion, including in cases of misuse or violation of these terms. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees where required by applicable law.
TL;DR
You can leave whenever you want. Delete your account from Settings and everything goes with it.
We can also end your access if you misuse the app. If we ever terminate someone without a good reason, we’ll refund what they paid. We don’t expect this to happen.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you within the app.
Continued use of With after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
TL;DR
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
Carrying on using With after a change means you’re okay with it.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of With shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
TL;DR
If there’s ever a legal dispute, Israeli law applies. That’s where With is operated from.
